Default Reasonable Accommodation Process

Does anyone have a timeline for those who had to do go through with the RAP process after interviewing to be allowed to start class? What is the criteria for United to bring those into class?

I believe no one has been given a class.

Seems reasonable. Why add problems when we have enough already?

It’s been over a year people first inquired about RAPs for COVID-19 vax at UAL and thus far, it seems 0 have gotten one. Apparently UAL hasn’t even come up with a process for approving them. At this point your best bet is to get the required shot or go work for an airline that gives RAPs for what you want.

UAL’s RAP process is that the pilot apply to spirit.

We had the same problem at Hawaiin. Our CEO is still claiming his mandates were the reason everyone didn't die. He also still throws out "Build Back Better" in video's. Ya just can't make it up.

What’s the company’s current stance on one time (J&J) vaxed people who never were boosted?

Additional boosters were never mandated by the company.
