Even if they did screw up the yellow slip award (which I think is a manual process) there is no recourse for me unless it's a contract violation. Do you know if it's a contract violation if they did screw it up on their end?
There are a lot of factors. Did you both have the same number of days available? Were you in the same raw buckets? Etc? It's complicated and sometimes scheduling can tell you why, but a lot of times they don't really make sense. Good luck!
