Unnecessary is a strong word. I mean it is a great thing. You guys deserve to upgrade. I think it is good all around, as it is smart from a management standpoint to attract people to NJA and you guys win. But unless the company commits to simply keeping everyone a CA (which they haven't and won't), it is odd to have abnormally high CA ratios though. Hopefully, the trend continues and it never becomes an issue.
