its a good program but I dont want to lose my sick time for it. I think they want to buy back some time and put it in that instead of cash.
I think whatbweve asked for is that 401k excess or PS excess be able to go into that. Of which I woukd agree to.
Seems like the company doesnt want us to have sick time anymore
