For junior folks in either seat, how practical is it to group reserve days together and commute once a month - even if it means a couple of days off at base? Any specific examples might help.
You should be able to do this no problem with a couple months seniority in the right seat, I doubt it would be much longer than that for the left seat provided you’re willing to have a few days off in base. This only really applies to NYC/CVG though.
