I think he’s a CKA. The CKA portion of the contract is pretty terrible. Maybe that’s what he’s getting at- the section 12 “improvements” would have certainly benefited him.
I am a CKA, and the proposed section 12 changes would have paid a lot more, but they didn't do anything about the work load.
Tell me what you know about section 12. How is it terrible for me?
