However, when you're with one:
Have you considered using these tools (lists six specific strategies) first instead of calling off in the middle of a trip?
This memo was directed primarily at the pilots calling off, secondarily at the problem children.
Pro Standards is a useful organization that attempts to mitigate potential problems arising over personality clashes, non-standard flying "techniques", etc. before they rise the level of formal disciplinary actions by management. But collectively, the pilot group needs to give them a chance first.
