Totally true. Smile, nod and not respond is all a "thick skinned" Captain needs to do.

I havent seen a problem. If anything the CAs are nice here to the point of it being odd. Politics dont get brought up unless I do.

I raise an eyebrow at the FOs making the complaints. Perhaps there is a perceived slight that is just normal human behavior. Chill and let it go.

Independent voters are the majority of voters and the middle sways both ways. If 0 people changed their views then Arnold never would have been governor of California.

I start my red eyes off with a little voter fraud in the push, above 10k I’ll usually roll into how the vaccine is a scheme to kill us all, by abq I’ll sometimes dabble in showing pictures of my boats, sometime around Texas I’ll jump back in and talk about how Jesus hates gay people. And finally, for the big crescendo, as we start our descent I’ll **** on Alpa.

And then I’ll Make you wait for me as I say goodbye to every person on the plane and do the last walk through with the FA.

The irony of this is that it happened, to me, out of lax.

It definitely happens out there folks. Separate church from state. Keep your beliefs to yourselves. No one cares what anyone else thinks anyway. It’s just ego. This post was ego………****

ALPA missed mentioning the greatest tool an FO has to prevent recurrence: bid avoid. Reserve life can be cruel when you show up for a 5 day and you get the line, 'For some reason I only fly with reserves'.
