We must reinvent CRM as DRM, so we can effectively manage marginalized communities to reduce environmental risk. We also need software to identify and track key diversity indicators because guessing based on names and photos yields a woefully incomplete crew profile that leads to preventable microaggressions. We must promote a culture of restorative environmental justice so crews feel comfortable reporting social inequalities.
