The hourly pay difference between WB FO and NB CA needs to be $80+ if they want to fill these vacancies.
Or change the RIG/MPD. For the same amount of days off, you’re making more money as a 12 year WBFO than you are as a 12 year NBCA, not to mention a better schedule.
