I don’t know all of Air Wisconsin’s plans but their CRJ 200s won’t directly fill in for Mesa’s departing CRJ 900s. AA is calling the shots and it’s way too early to accuse any one carrier of not doing their part.

Envoy is predicting they will have 12 hard lines in PHX in May and June, 21 in July, and 22 in August. That’s not a very big presence at the moment.
There is still a CMI flight to/from DFW the 145 does, but doesn’t look like there is any other DFW flying that stems off that. Not sure if PDT does any DFW flying. I was thinking Air Wisconsin might push down and do some DFW flying and still might, but haven’t seen any indication of that.
