That’s the result of the NB’s replacing RJ flying. I would assume your QOL will get much worse before it ever gets better on the NB fleet. The regionals will only shrink for the next few years, then another few years to recover if they ever recover? Hopefully not.

Southwest line holders average 17-18 days off per month with around the same credit. I would think guaranteed days off per month would be an emphasis item in your upcoming TA because clearly UA scheduling struggles to put together efficient line pairings.
