We are seeing different things. I audited this a few days ago to gauge my own interest, and every April line in IAH around 50% seniority is 13ish days off and 89.x hours.
The post was about captain awards. In the top 1/3 lots of awards just under 70 hours. Practically every captain award is under 80 hrs. An extremely junior pilot with a 10,xxx number has a 75:56 award. Being junior in either seat on the 737 typically stinks, unless you like to fly hard.
