World and NAA are being operated as 2 seperate companies under World Air Holdings as the parent company. There have been no merging of seniority lists and in fact mgt is adamant the companies will not be merged. NAA has a different pay scale and work rules from World. NAA pilots and F/A's have voted in the Teamsters but neither have a contract yet. There may be some integration of ops in the sense that if a NAA plane breaks a World plane might be able to sub for it and vice versa but as far as I know that's about the extent of it.
