Took just over 1 year to bid out of ANC. They still assign more FOs to short-call in ANC each day than there are daily departures out of there. They give a few long-call lines.

PBS for April estimated 25 regular lines & 31 short-call reserve lines for FO SEA. My seniority is somewhere in the 90% range after a year.

Most-junior FO lineholder in SEA has a hire date of Oct 2021.

They can't really scale up the flying any time soon either. We are in the slow season and our fleet is close to maxed out. Mainline is picking up a lot of slack and a bunch of PNW routes are now SkyWest. So summer won't really increase the amount of flying except for aircraft deliveries that are trickling in.

Additionally, q400 transitions won't be complete until mid summer (done with OE, eligible to bid PBS), so the number of pilots in each seat/base will keep increasing until then.
