Bringing this thread back to the top because I wish I would have listened to those before me. This place is an absolute dumpster fire. Parking airplanes, no captains, and no flying for first officers. I have already left the company but wanted to put this out there as a WARNING for the next group of hopeful regional pilots. Recruiting and management will lie to your face just to get you inside those doors. Don’t fall prey, just like many of us have recently done over the last 8-10 months.
I was thinking of apply for the cadet Program because I doesn't have commitment and rjet does not have a flow which means i can go to AA, and also the PHL base since I live in Philly. Should I still go for the cadet Program or go to 9E and commute to JFK or LGA?
