Say a Propel pilot makes it to a regional and they're immediately offered an interview/ CJO at a ULCC/LCC or competing legacy. Would leaving Propel to pursue this be a black mark on them? Lots of junior guys at regionals are realizing it's all about seniority and that they can get hired at Delta way faster by punching out to a competing airline instead of sticking it out for longer at the regional level.
I asked a similar question a while back and no one could really give a definitive answer. That tells me the decision would fall on those running the program. However, I think it’s common knowledge someone can leave the program whenever they want since there’s no binding agreement in place. I just don’t know if that would lead to that black mark you ask about.
