There is a more substantial reason to stick it out at NJ vs XXY 135 operator. Well, lots of reasons. If he was 135 I would say its no question, make the move. But since he flies QS tails, he has a union, a contract, good healthcare, etc.
we have a Union that I give credit to but can be more aggressive.
our contract is pre-pandemic and outdated in many parts and management doesn’t want to budge or wants to give in too little.
health insurance undoubtedly is great but at what cost?
