Lmao. United has probably hired 231 pilots under the age of 30 this year alone. They keep that kind of information low key and have one of their pilot recruiters tell everyone the “range is 36 years old” because they hire a guy/gal over the age of 50 in each class.
Anyone with a finance background knows using “range” to prove a data point is the easiest way to manipulate data if it’s favorable to your interests.
