You would think that may be a possibility, but I made I've made it clear every step of the way that this is a destination, not a stop along the way. And if the concern is that I will go somewhere else, and it is an overriding concern, then why the CJO? It's just strange. What is funny about this is that regionals don't think anyone will stay around - hence the pathways programs and guaranteed interviews. I'm glad to hear there is movement in the pipeline, but it is definitely frustrating to see others go before you that were selected after you without knowing how or why that decision is being made. I was hopeful someone may have insight into what was happening within recruiting and training that would shed light on how priority of new hire onboarding is occurring.
