The same, new interior mod lie flat seat with a door and a curtain. Some of the 300's haven't been remodeled and have the older lie flat seats with curtain but no door. New interiors have CR seat at 4D, old ones they are on the left.
IMO Delta One better on 767 than 330, but 330 pilots get a bunk so doesn't really matter.
