Really, we need to be making close to or over $600 per hour to keep up with regional pay rates? Can you provide a link to those contracts? I mean, a 24% DOS raise brings our top rate to $416 per hour. Then add another 40%-50% on top of that brings us to $586-$624 per hour. Man, Delta sold out on their rates then.
