To be clear I am not, nor would I advocate intentional action. I’m only talking about basic human nature & the loss of enthusiasm that occurs when individuals don’t feel respected or taken care of. You can’t stop watering your lawn & then accuse it of retaliation when it turns brown- it’s just a natural outcome. Make it obvious that you think your employees are less valuable than their peers & the result is similarly predictable.

But yes, we shouldn’t be advocating for anything intentional other than that which is legal & organized by the union.
