There is no greater cost in this industry then repeated Initial Training slots when pilot leave after 1-2years. This gives the a REALLY good reason to stay around and $18k is WAY better than the 30-40k they spen on a new hite.
That’s true but x3 OT after 12 hours of duty was not renewed after March 31st and that was or could have been a good chunk of a change for a lot of people.
