Specific seats don't matter as we only have categories of WBCA, WBFO, NBCA, and NBFO for the sake of down/lateral bid awards. If you aren't going to be effected by System Bid 23-01 no worries. If you are, I would reach out and make sure that you are very clear in how you arrange your bid.
