no clue what they were trying to go for. We initially had light blue shirts, that looked alright. But the Virgin America management peeps wanted to go gray like they had. It was said they didn’t want Breeze to mimic JetBlue, too. One thing for sure, is they achieved the most unprofessional, embarrassing pilot uniform you could make.
In my opinion, having a regular pilot uniform would be great. Have an option for a blazer, there are pilots here who would wear it. We have a tacky, cheap blueish grey jacket that has ZERO insulation. We have no company uniform piece that can handle cold weather. So many of the pilots at Breeze echo how they enjoy “being different as a company by the uniform we wear”. Embarrassing
