I disagree. With relative seniority my hire group, (1987), would be placed within the 1993-95 hires at UAL using relative seniority while CAL's 1997-2004 hires will get in front of UAL's '96-97 hires.
So If you can hold 757 Captain with the same QOL before and after the merger whats the problem?
