This is a ridiculous question. The very viability of regionals is in question and a CRJ rating over a 320 rating? Really? Give F9 recruiting a call and let them know you want the first class date available and it shouldn’t take long. Why anyone would even ask if they should go to a regional flying CRJs that is bleeding CAs to the majors so badly the junior FOs don’t have enough CAs to get hours over a major that is bleeding FOs to the legacies that will fly their butt off and quickly gain them the hours to become competitive for the legacies is beyond me. In two years you’ll have maybe 900 hrs of CRJ SIC time at Endeavor or maybe 1100 of A320 time at F9.
