Anyone with a similar situation, your information would help.

tell her that she can rent the room and live free in exchange for the payments…. Put her in a binding lease. Start bringing home some winners, party late, make lots of noise. That might help. She moves out, breaks said lease. Works like a champ. Problem solved!
