Actually no, none of this. I’m surprised many of you fall for posts like this. Read between the lines a bit. Do you think this person actually wants us to get an industry leading contract, or do they come here to “rub it in”? He mentioned he is at DAL, and his posts read as if he is superior to you and your fellow UAL pilots. Is that someone you want to engage with? If he was smart, he should pray we get the best contract in aviation history. That way, DAL would have to follow and make even better improvements.

This is pattern bargaining and it’s why ALPA national can be so powerful. But instead, someone like that hopes we make no progress and feel inferior to other pilots.
