This is pattern bargaining and it’s why ALPA national can be so powerful. But instead, someone like that hopes we make no progress and feel inferior to other pilots.
Actually, every single pilot at DL is in the former category, with
not a single pilot the latter. In addition, we are all hoping AA's strong strike vote gets their negotiations over the finish line and leaves our contract in the dust. Then UA will have the leverage to finally get your management to get serious. We wish you nothing but the best of luck.
