You have worse QOL rules than DAL, AA, SWA and and most ULCC’s. Your management is dragging their feet over a few small improvements and people like you hate hearing me trash SK because you subconsciously defend him routinely.

As a Delta guy I can tell you that I think UAL is on the rise. I know you guys don’t like SK but he is a smart man and operationally oriented. Yes he is not willing to sell the farm to get a contract done but he is improving United every day. Without seeing your ask it’s hard to really know if he is overplaying his hand. As I posted before you can probably get a contract with block hour costs 2% over Delta in two weeks. If you want 5% over however it’s going to be a long haul. SK is going to take UAL places and has a plan and he can execute. Delta on an operational level is almost rudderless and taking on water. Our CEO is very good with social issues and politics. Running the railroad is not however a priority. You have a far better CEO going forward.
