Hey, didn’t see the need for a new thread but need some suggestions for a modest middle class neighborhood, single family homes within a reasonable drive of CLT. Don’t need stuff for kids nearby, but convenience to shopping, gym and parks would be a plus. Ideally within the 300k range, outside the city tax zones, no HOA preferred. you’re going to be looking around an hour north towards Salisbury/Davidson County or an hour south into South Carolina for that price range and anything decent. Not bad areas and can still make a 2 hour reserve call out with ease.
