John Bell is one of smartest, most helpful people in this pilot group and the company would be foolish not to listen to him. But they always think if an answer comes from the pilot group it must be bad for them and good for us because reasons.
True. I've also noticed over the years that project pilot sorts (of which John Bell is NOT) get locked into their project, end up in endless interactions eventually telling each other what they want to hear, rarely if ever solicit line pilot feedback to beta versions of things, then get very defensive whenever anyone suggests constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Therefore John Bell will likely be ignored by those who need to listen to his feedback the most.
