Therefore John Bell will likely be ignored by those who need to listen to his feedback the most.
This is spot on.

Is MSP trying to one up LAX coms on who can spit the most vitriol in their newsletter? It was a good try.

If anyone should be writing that kind of response it’s Captain John Bell but look at the calm, professional response he had posted vs the “let’s get attaboys from Chit Chat” rhetoric from the MSP reps.

It’s SEA, nobody would skip a beat if you decided to drop your pants and unload a big ole deuce in the corner. Just be courteous to your fellow crew members and make sure it’s the corner abeam an Alaska Air gate.

How the hell they’re going to clean that up with just “rain water” will be their largest concern.

The last time I was walking through SEA there was poop on the floor across from the Starbucks by the fish place. Someone had walked on part of it. The main issue is that it blended in so well with the floor there. To be fair I have seen poop in other airports too.

I stepped in a pile of dog poo at the top of the escalator in the S concourse. Luckily, I smashed it flat enough that my roller bag was able to clear it. No more texting and walking.

I'm not management and I can't stand C16's updates. They're ridiculous and immature. Depressing.
