BTW, if it rarely happens the "cost" to fix it would be minimal for the company and thus minor negotiating capital expenditure by the NC and fairly easy to get buy in from both sides.
How a contract affects the individual should be the way everyone considers it—it’s the only way to determine the real problems. If everyone’s input is based on a perceived problem, you’ll never know what the real ones are.
