just an fyi lcc need fos more than regionals and the well of inexperience regional fos has nearly dried up and most of not all are hiring 1500cfis. They aren’t paying for atp ctp as far as I know but they’ll give you a cjo and once you complete the written they schedule a class date. I got hired on with a wet atp at my lcc and left republic before consolidating. Glad I did. I’ve gotten 3x the flight hours as some of my classmates and should be on my way to a legacy much faster.
So genuinely would like to know so I have a chance at LCC? I’m 1500 CFI with a Bachelors in ATC and currently a Part 135 PIC but on a SR22. I recently applied at Frontier and just waiting now. I’ve been debating the ATP CTP cause it’s a lot of money to not get hired. But if they give out a CJO first and then I can get my ATP written done and get assigned a class after that’s a good deal.
