I don’t want to go down the rabbit hole too much but DEI IMHO is about being right down the middle and making everyone feel like they are involved. I could care less personally if they have a party if it makes people feel included. Maybe someone will have a good idea on how to get rid of Gary after a DEI meeting. They felt included and came up with a grand way to destroy Gary….could happen.
