Right, but it’s an aggregate issue. Where hypothetically 1 in 4 were doing that stuff six months ago, it’s more like 1 in 10 & dropping today. I predict the AA deal will precipitate another significant drop in general enthusiasm.
The PPD “extras” don’t have to drop to zero to impact NPS- declining averages are enough to bring it down. By this point I imagine it’s only the very devoted few who are pushing against the growing wave of apathy.
