Wisconsin does but it’s done in a much more attractive way. Usually goes senior to many regular reserve lines.

it’s frustrating that no one can come up with an innovative idea on it. Union wants it gone, company wants it unchanged, it could be made something useful for both the pilot group and the company if there were some carrots involved.

I’m going to butcher some details here but the short of it is you got an extra day or two off, you got to pick mornings or evenings, and anything you flew outside of your original airport standby window went on top of guarantee. Wasn’t uncommon to credit mid 90’s. It wasn’t a bad deal if you were mid tier reserve seniority and wanted to make money and/or be able to choose to work mornings/afternoons.
