You do know Delta, AA, and United is all hiring similar quality candidates right? Just because someone doesn’t have a degree doesn’t necessarily makes them terrible candidate.. Just because someone who doesn’t have regional 121 PIC time doesn’t make them a terrible candidate… Just like someone who comes from ULCC/ACMI doesn’t make them a terrible candidate.
