Yep I've been rerouted on reserve into hard days off before and whenever I call tracking they say "oh yeah, we can't see hard days off..only scheduling can." They've always ended up taking it off my schedule when I call them, but it sort of blows my mind that tracking doesn't have the ability to see your hard days off...
