IVD and RR

IVD and RR
I used an IVD to drop a trip but then got RR into that day (2 day RR into a 3 day).
Tracking said they can't help, scheduling said they can't help and to reach out to crew resources.
CR said all they can do is move the IVD to a different day, which doesn't really do me any good since its gonna pay the same regardless of the day its on. Not really wanting to drop another trip this bid period for the heck of it but I guess thats an option.
I would assume I could get it back, but I can't find too much that talks about IVDs in the SRH regarding this situation. (just reg vacation days).
Wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts or insights. Gonna ask the CPO as well but y'all tend to know a lot more than me so wanted to ask here first.

Call the CPO immediately. They will fix it. Scheduling/tracking doesn’t see hard days off from their side

Yep I've been rerouted on reserve into hard days off before and whenever I call tracking they say "oh yeah, we can't see hard days off..only scheduling can." They've always ended up taking it off my schedule when I call them, but it sort of blows my mind that tracking doesn't have the ability to see your hard days off...
