and you're asking because... this is a determinant as to which regional to choose? IMHO, it's irrelevant. Training is what it is. However, I would point out that in this environment the last thing that an airline wants to do is washout a good pilot because of an inadequate training program.
Choose one regional over another another because you like the equipment, the bases, the vibe, the pay, the prestige (of that airline vs Mesa, for example). Envoy is a top tier regional with excellent equipment, pay, atmosphere. If bases don't matter, to me it's a no brainer.
