How does logging SIC time work in the Phenom at FJ? Does OpSpec require 2 pilots? Any different rules for logging SIC on 91K vs 135 vs 91 repo legs?
I'm concerned about getting hired into the right seat of a Phenom (vice the Challenger or Praetor) and spending 7-8 months essentially logging zero marketable flight hours and waiting for the capt upgrade. I'm sure that's not the case, but asking for some insight about exactly what the lay of the land is at Flex.
