No, but it’s too lengthy to explain what global/basic is and what’s open on both, what’s agreed to, etc. Global and basic will still be distinct categories, but what global will be is basically closed out. Aspects of basic are still open as are aspects of FSB.
The summary gives a better breakdown, but you also have to have an understanding of what the underlying contract says to understand the changes.
I get it but when I’m reading agreed to LC language that involves
field standby that’s concerning.
How can field standby NOT be an automatic NO.
