It’s not a bluff, it’s just a page from the standard negations playbook. The company publicly exaggerates what they are offering the pilots. The union says that the company is using funny math and that their estimates are inflated. The truth is that both sides are trying to determine the cost of how potential changes in rules and rates would likely pan out financially. The company will always come out high, the union will be low, yet the true cost will be somewhere in the middle. We’ll continue to go back and forth for a while and will eventually end up with a deal. For right now, people should just ignore Kirby and let the negotiations committee do their job. We’re asking for big changes. This isn’t going to be quick unless we cave.

don't be dumb, they would just change the gline and put more people on reserve.. Raise the line values as well. Picking up PP is a joke on impact compared to the massive amount of junior people becoming IPs and the many people throwing themselves at LCA positions.

Would you happen to be an FO who doesn't want to move to Denver?

Y'all need to listen to Capt Dave, SPC Chairman. Continue to do what you do. Staus Quo. Don't go getting us jammed up in a TRO. That was no fun. Remember? If peeps take all my trips, I've got to fill those gaps with something. Why not premo?
