It’s short-sighted, in my opinion, to improve reserve to the extent that it degrades lineholder schedules, where people will spend the vast majority of their career.
ill say this again, as a partial response to your point…if reserve was good, you could just spend the vast majority of your career on reserve, barely working, yet still getting paid.
why do you want a 90 hour line when you’re in your 60s?
our reserve is so bad that it seems like most older UAL can’t even imagine things being better and how it would trickle up.
