(E.g., “Why are we wearing these orange lanyards? [see points 1-5 above]”) Getting the average passenger to recognize & identify the lanyard would be hugely effective, IMO.
Totally agree. I had lots of friends/acquaintances ask me about our specific issues after seeing the one liner signs at informational pickets, it would be great to have a unified, plain English explanation displayed to people and something I’d be thrilled to see my dues money going towards.
