Why the need for the “my d*** is bigger than yours” statements? We will most definitely fall way behind Purple in the very near future, and to make it worse we are gonna have to wait 3-4 years just catch up. When we achieve a TA, Fedex will be negotiating a new one and we will fall behind once again. The first extension was a no brainer, the second was a humongous mistake. As some have mentioned here, we gave away any possibility of improvements for raises that barely top Fedex 2015 wages and have not kept up with inflation. We are so ********, completely self induced.
